This week (16-22 May) is Mental Health Awareness Week. To help do our bit towards raising awareness and breaking down stigma, we have teamed up with Pirate FM to sponsor a whole week-long series of interviews which are being aired during the Breakfast Show with Neil and Tina.
The full interviews can all be played via their website [CLICK HERE] and they feature some of our own therapists talking about topics including: Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Post-Natal Depression.
Other interviewees during the week have also talked about Dementia, as well as being a carer for a loved one suffering with a mental illness.
Mental Health Awareness Week is co-ordinated nationally by the Mental Health Foundation and this year’s theme is on ‘Relationships’. For more information about the annual awareness week visit the Mental Health Foundation’s website [CLICK HERE]
